Alexis joined Meridian as a consultant in 2023. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Alexis graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a B.S. in Business, majoring in Management, International Business and LEAD (Law, Ethics & Decision-Making).
