Caroline consults with boards of directors and senior management on all aspects of executive and director compensation, including setting executive and director pay, designing short- and long-term incentive plans, analyzing pay and performance alignment, aligning compensation programs to business strategies, shareholder engagement and compensation disclosure. She works with organizations of all sizes, ranging from pre-IPO to Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries.
Caroline is a Certified Public Accountant, and she began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP providing Tax, Audit and Process Assurance consulting services.
Prior to joining Meridian, Caroline spent ten years at Noble Energy where she held several finance and HR leadership roles, including an expatriate assignment in Nicaragua.
Caroline is a frequent author on executive compensation and governance topics and frequent contributor to Meridian’s Energy Insights blog which features energy-specific commentary on compensation and governance issues.
Caroline earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
