Catherine joined Meridian as a consultant in 2023. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, ISS pay-for-performance modeling, and peer group development.
Catherine has worked with publicly traded, privately held, and pre-IPO/SPAC companies across a broad range of industries including oil & gas, utilities, industrials, and retail.
Prior to joining Meridian, Catherine worked as a consultant at another executive compensation consulting firm.
She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
