    Chris joined Meridian in 2023 as a consultant. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analysis. Chris also serves as a firm-wide resource on the SEC-mandated Pay-versus-Performance (PVP) disclosure requirements and is a member of Meridian’s executive severance (280G) calculation team.

    He supports clients across a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, and more.

    Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University, with majors in Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management.
