Dan joined Meridian as a consultant in 2023. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, peer group analysis, and equity plan modeling.
Prior to joining Meridian, Dan was an Associate Vice President at ISS Corporate Solutions (ICS) where he helped publicly traded companies across multiple industries enhance their compensation disclosures in accordance with proxy advisors’ preferred practices.
He has a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Penn State University and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
