    Dan Potter is a Senior Consultant at Meridian Compensation Partners with over a decade of experience in compensation consulting. He specializes in designing short- and long-term incentive plans, benchmarking executive and board compensation, developing compensation peer groups, drafting CD&A disclosures, and managing client relationships.

    Dan has partnered with clients across industries including financial services, manufacturing, media, pharmaceuticals, retail and technology, ranging from small private firms to S&P 500 companies. As a key member of Meridian’s financial services team, Dan contributes thought leadership by co-authoring articles on compensation and governance topics.

    Prior to joining Meridian in 2023, Dan spent eight years at Willis Towers Watson in the Executive Compensation and Rewards practice, advising clients on both broad-based and executive compensation matters.

    Dan holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Franklin & Marshall College.
