Deepika is a seasoned compensation consultant with a decade of hands-on experience in crafting and implementing compensation strategies across diverse industries. She combines technical expertise with a strategic, consultative approach to help clients develop competitive and scalable compensation programs.
In her most recent role as VP of Rewards & Analytics at Morgan Stanley, Deepika worked closely with business leaders to introduce job architecture and deliver compensation solutions that align with both market trends and organizational workforce objectives. Her previous roles at IPG Mediabrands, WPP and JetBlue have further honed her experience in areas such as executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive programs, workforce analytics, and regulatory reporting including pay equity.
Deepika holds an M.S. in Human Resource Management & Development from NYU and a B.E. in Information Technology from Nagpur University.
