Thalia joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2023 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2024. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Thalia graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a minor in Business.
