Gabby joined Meridian as a consultant in 2023. She consults on a broad range of executive compensation matters, including compensation market trends, competitive benchmarking for executives and outside directors, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, peer group development and validation, and overall compensation strategy.
Prior to joining Meridian, Gabby worked with a variety of clients in the battery recycling industry at Li-Cycle. Gabby also completed internships at Tesla, Algonquin Power and RCI Bank.
She received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) specialized in Management and International Business from the University of Toronto.
