Gianna joined Meridian as a consultant in 2023, specializing in a broad range of compensation matters. She provides expertise in executive and outside director benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis. Gianna works across various industries and is also a member of the Monte Carlo Valuation team.
Before joining Meridian, Gianna was an auditor at KPMG. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
