Hayes joined Meridian as a consultant in 2023. She consults on several executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group development for a wide range of industries including oil & gas, and retail.
Prior to joining Meridian, Hayes worked in the oil & gas tax industry. She has a MS in Business and a BS in Human Resources with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
