Jack joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2023 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2024. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Jack earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Finance and Accounting.
