Jason joined Meridian as a Consultant in 2021. He consults on a wide range of compensation matters including executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, compensation strategies, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, peer group analysis and pay philosophies.
Jason services clients in numerous industries including oil and gas, financial services, and consumer staples. Additionally, Jason is engaged in research related to governance, incentive designs and compensation trends.
He earned his Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
