Jeff advises clients on a broad range of executive compensation and corporate governance matters, including executive and director compensation benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan designs, performance measurement and alignment, and disclosure issues.
Clients rely on Jeff’s expertise in compensation consulting, which is enhanced by his experience as an attorney focused on business law. Prior to joining Meridian, Jeff practiced law at Carson Fischer PLC, where he represented public and private companies in complex commercial litigation and advised clients on transactional matters related to real estate, employment, and business succession and strategy issues.
He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, and received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
