Kaylie is a Senior Consultant with 5 years of experience. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analysis. Additionally, Kaylie leads research teams for executive and director compensation and corporate governance trends at Canada’s largest companies.
Prior to joining Meridian, Kaylie served as summer intern for a large Canadian financial institution, in their finance division where she assisted on a variety of global optimization projects.
She received a BBA (Specialized Program in Management) with distinction from the University of Toronto.
