Kent joined Meridian as a consultant in 2025. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis for a wide range of clients.
Prior to joining Meridian, Kent worked as a consultant in the federal and state tax credits and incentives industry. He has a Bachelor of Music from Southwestern University and an MBA from Texas A&M University, where he also serves on the Professional MBA Executive Board of Directors.
