Krunal joined Meridian as a senior consultant in 2024. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analysis.

Krunal works with a range of public and private companies, from recently-IPO’d to large-cap TSX 60 and S&P 500 constituents. He supports clients in such industries as retail, financial services, information technology, energy, and mining.

Krunal draws on significant strategic consulting experience from his time at a leading management consulting boutique focused on retail industry clients. Krunal started his career in the Canadian corporate sector where he advised on total rewards and executive compensation matters at a third-largest financial services software company, and later at a mid-tier mining company.

Krunal received his MBA from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto) and BBA, with Distinction, from the University of Toronto.
