Lailah joined Meridian in 2025 as a consultant in NY office. She consults a diverse clientele including banking, retail, food & beverage, and real estate clients.
Her executive compensation specialties include executive and director compensation benchmarking, peer group analysis, short and long-term incentive plan design, & equity dilution and valuation.
She received her B.S. from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management.
