Mariana joined Meridian as a consultant in 2025. She consults on a wide range of compensation matters including executive and outside director benchmarking, short and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mariana spent twenty years at ExxonMobil, where she held various finance and HR advisory roles, providing her with a deep understanding of corporate operations.
Mariana earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant, both from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
