Max Yao joined Meridian as a consultant in 2024. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, he received a degree in Business Administration from Baylor University with majors in Finance and Supply Chain Management.
