Mike has more than 10 years of consulting experience in executive compensation and related governance. He currently provides guidance on a full range of executive compensation matters including compensation strategies and pay philosophies, executive and director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, equity dilution and valuation and related corporate governance matters. Mike services a wide variety of industries including technology (hardware, software and distributors), utilities, industrial materials, professional services, health care and many more. His clients range in size from small private companies to S&P 500 companies.
He has been interviewed in “ask the expert” sessions with Corporate Board Member and the Executive Compensation Podcast. He has also co-authored articles for Corporate Board Member and NACD and represented Meridian at NACD’s and Equilar’s annual Executive Compensation Summits.
Mike received B.S. degrees in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
