Mike initially joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2021 and returned as a full-time consultant in 2024. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, peer group analysis, and equity utilization. Mike works with both publicly traded and privately held companies across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Meridian full-time, Mike began his career as an auditor with Deloitte serving clients in the insurance and retail industries. He earned his B.B.A. Accounting, B.B.A. Finance, and Risk Management and Insurance Certificate from the University of Iowa and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
