Nadia joined Meridian as a consultant in 2025. She consults on a wide range of compensation matters including executive and outside director benchmarking, short and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Nadia began her career as an auditor at KPMG serving clients in the industrial manufacturing industry. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and an MBA from Saint Xavier University and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
