    Nolan joined Meridian as a Consultant in 2021. He consults on a wide range of compensation matters including pay strategies and philosophies, executive and outside director compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan design, realized and realizable pay analyses, equity utilization, and corporate governance issues.

    Additionally, Nolan leads the Equity Utilization team at Meridian. This team focuses on analyzing annual share usage and measuring the cost of equity granting practices to shareholders.

    Nolan services clients in numerous industries including airlines, financial services, life sciences, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and technology.

    He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Analytics with High Honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Bloomington.
