Praneet joined Meridian in 2023 as a full-time consultant in the New York City office. He offers his expertise in a diverse array of compensation matters. His areas of focus encompass executive and outside director benchmarking, designing incentive plans for both short and long terms, and conducting thorough peer group analysis.
He has a B.B.A in Applied Quantitative Finance with a Mathematics minor from Villanova.
