Shelbi joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2021 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2022. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters including executive and outside director benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, peer group analysis and equity utilization.

Shelbi works across a variety of industries including industrial materials, professional services, real estate and utilities. She works with both smaller not-for-profit and larger publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining Meridian, Shelbi earned a B.S. degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, majoring in Law and Public Policy with minors in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
