Steve joined Meridian as a Consultant in 2024. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters encompassing executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Steve held summer roles in Sustainable Finance, as well as working in a Business Development role for a business services startup.
Steve has an undergraduate BSBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis (specializing in Economics & Strategy), and a master’s degree from Ivey Business School, Western University.
