Tyler consults on a range of executive compensation matters including compensation strategies and pay philosophies, executive and outside director compensation, short-term and long-term incentive plan design and equity utilization. Tyler services a wide variety of industries including technology, professional services, restaurants & retail and many more. His clients range in size from small private companies to S&P 500 companies.
Tyler is involved in research related to governance practices and executive change-in-control and severance arrangements and his work has been featured in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance.
He is also a senior member of Meridian’s equity valuations team.
Tyler graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Mathematics.
